Your Milkdot product on arrival should be free from defects in materials and workmanship. All defective items must be returned for inspection and will be replaced at our discretion. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. Wipe dry and allow to air dry only. For our lunch totes, we also recommend wiping the handles and the interior and exterior with an antibacterial wipe regularly.

We recommend to avoid overstuffing to help ensure a product that you can enjoy for years.
We don't recommend this. If necessary, try gently soaking the product in cool water with a little bit of mild detergent and allow to air dry. Should you decide to use a washing machine to wash your Milkdot product, place the product in a spare pillow case or similar to keep the product protected and to protect the milkdot logo on the lunch totes from getting scratched in the machine. Wash separately and do not combine with other laundry. Use cold water and gentle cycle settings only and allow to air dry only (please do not put in a dryer). We have tested this method and have seen positive results. However, please note that we do not take any responsibility for any damages to the product as a result of using a washing machine since every washer performs differently and some may cause damage to the product.
